Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Liquid London products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals at any stage of production.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an Express Delivery option which arrives within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2pm GMT.
Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
